1.Make an reservation：Please fill in the Hotel Reservation Form and mail to jjl@ste.cn.
2.We will give you a confirmation of the booking within 5 working days. If you fail to receive our confirmation form on time, please contact us. (Please keep the confirmation form for your reference.)
3.Please keep the Hotel Reservation Form and show it to the hotel receptionist while checking in. Please pay the fee at the hotel reception desk when you check in as scheduled. Advanced or postponed check in is unaccepted. The reservation will be canceled after 16:00 unless you informing us 5 days in advance.
4.Your bookings will only be accepted subject to room availability. Some hotels may require down payment due to tight booking. Please make reservation as early as you can to ensure the success of your reservation.
