Booth Application

1. Please contact with the Organizer and confirm the available booths.

2. After the exhibitors and sales staff have confirmed the booth, fill in the contract and sign and seal it, and return the contract to the sales staff.


3. At least 50% of the booth fee shall be paid within 5 working days after the contract is signed by both parties to confirm the booth.


4. Through the exhibitor service system before the exhibition, fill in relevant conference materials, and download the "Exhibitor Manual", "Contractor Manual" and other materials for the reference of detailed introduction of the exhibition hall, booth construction requirements, transportation services, hotel reservations, advertising applications, related content such as seminars.


5. All booths shall be confirmed according to the principles of signing contract and making the down payment.

Booth Price

Common Package booth (3m X 3m=9m²)： 
(basic facility included)

With one side open：6600 RMB / 9m²

With two sides open: 7100 RMB / 9m²

Upgraded Package booth (3m X 3m=9m²)： 
(basic facility included) 

With one side open：8600 RMB / 9m²

With two sides open: 9100 RMB / 9m²

Raw space booth: 580 RMB / m²(at least 36m² should be rent; facility, management fee and electricity cost are excluded.)

Common Standard Booth Description

A Standard Booth (3m×3m)includes:


Booth Structure:Wall panels on 3 sides (white laminated panels) supported by a modular system of aluminum structure, carpet covering entire floor area of booth


Fascia Board:With exhibitors company name (in both English and Chinese) and booth number


Furniture:1 information counter (680mm×680mm×680mm), 2 folding chairs and 1 waste basket.


Lighting & Power:2 fluorescent lights, 3A/220V( 500W) power socket (for non-lighting items ONLY).



Booth Design of Standard Booth:

Upgraded Standard Booth:

Large signboard at a height of 3.5m

White laminated wall panels on 3 sides (white laminated panels) supported by a modular system of aluminum structure, Carpet covering entire floor area of booth

Fascia board: With exhibitors company name (in both English and Chinese) and booth number, (2*0.22m high)

Furniture: 1 consulation counter, 2 folding chairs,

Lighting & Power: 4 spotlights and 3A/220V (500W) power socket (for non-lighting items ONLY).



Upgraded Standard Booth

Raw Space Booth

For raw space booth, at least 36 m² should be rent. Facility, management fee and electricity cost are not included in the booth fee. Besides, exhibitors shall be responsible for the booth design and construction.
